I mentioned in this previous post that I rediscovered chocolate crackles last year. This is why!
I made mini-Christmas Puddings, thanks in great part to the discovery of Pinterest (Pinspiration for this re-creation can be found here)
I moulded these in a mini-muffin tray, topped with white chocolate & a glace cherry. . .
These ones were truffles which I dipped in chocolate before decorating with white chocolate & a glace cherry
